Veg menu for wedding in east & west godavari that is Banana Leaf Bhojanam
Sweet items - laddoo /halwa/boori/chekkarapongali etc
Hot - Vada/Cutlet/Manchuria/Perugu Vada etc
Rooti Pachadi/Fresh Vegetable Pickle - Tomato/Cucumber, Capsicum/Brinjal etc
Deep Fry - Potato/Lady’s Finger/ anything edible
Vegetable Curry - Unlike the fry it has gravy and can be mixed with rice.
Dal - Any variety, tomato/cucumber/ridge gourd
Any podi if availabe -even this is optional
Chapathi/Roti - This is optional
Biryani(Veg) - mostly we serve veg, though in some areas even non veg is served
Raita, Gravy for Biryani
Ghee - this is also optional
Again when the main course has started, the biryani should be offered again along with raita and gravy
After serving white rice, the curries will mostly make another round asking if people want seconds
White rice should be available at all times
