KLCC Conventions is a premier event venue located in Shamshabad, Hyderabad, offering expansive spaces suitable for a variety of events, including weddings, receptions, exhibitions, product launches, and seminars. ​

• Banquet Halls: The facility boasts two large banquet halls. Hall 1 accommodates up to 3,000 guests, while Hall 2 can host between 2,000 to 5,000 attendees. ​ 

• Lawn: An open lawn area is available, capable of seating 800 guests and accommodating up to 1,200 in a floating arrangement. 

Amenities:

• Parking: Ample parking space for approximately 500 vehicles ensures convenience for guests. ​ 

• Guest Rooms: The venue offers six air-conditioned guest rooms for accommodation. ​ 

• Additional Facilities: KLCC Conventions provides air conditioning, audio-visual equipment, CCTV surveillance, fire safety equipment, Wi-Fi, and staging requirements to support diverse event needs. ​ 

Catering and Decoration Policies:

• Catering: Both in-house and external catering options are available, offering flexibility in menu selection. ​ 

• Decoration: Decorations must be chosen from the venue's approved panel of decorators. ​
