The Vintage Palace is an elegant event venue located in Karwan, Hyderabad, offering both indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for various occasions such as weddings, receptions, corporate events, and cultural functions.​

Venue Spaces and Capacity:

• Banquet Hall: An indoor space with a seating capacity of approximately 400 guests and a floating capacity of up to 700 guests. ​ 

• Lawn: An outdoor area accommodating around 950 seated guests and up to 1,500 guests in a floating arrangement. 

Amenities and Services:

• Decoration: The venue offers in-house decoration services at an additional cost, starting from ₹30,000. Only panel decorators are permitted, and outside vendors are not allowed.  

• Catering: Both in-house and external catering options are available, with vegetarian menu prices starting at ₹450 per plate and non-vegetarian at ₹550 per plate. ​

• Accommodation: The venue provides 3 air-conditioned guest rooms, with standard double room rates starting from ₹4,000. ​ 

• Parking: Private parking is available for up to 100 cars. ​ 

• Additional Facilities: The venue includes amenities such as air conditioning, electricity backup (with additional charges for diesel), and two complimentary changing rooms with attached bathrooms. ​ 

Policies:

• Advance Payment: A booking advance of ₹75,000 is required, with the remaining amount due three days before the event. This payment is non-refundable but adjustable within three months for any occasion. ​ 

• Alcohol: Alcohol service is permitted; however, customers need to obtain the necessary liquor license. ​ 

• DJ Services: The venue does not provide DJ services. Clients may hire their own DJ, ensuring they possess the required license. ​
