KBR CONVENTION

KBR Convention is a premier event venue located in Hyderabad, Telangana, offering versatile spaces for weddings, receptions, corporate events, and other special occasions.

Facilities and Capacity:

• Banquet Hall: The indoor hall can accommodate between 1,500 to 2,500 guests, with a seating capacity of up to 2,000 people. ​

• Lawn: The outdoor space can host between 1,000 to 2,000 guests, with seating available for up to 1,500 individuals. 

• Parking: The venue provides private parking facilities that can accommodate up to 1,000 cars, ensuring ample space for guests. ​

Services Offered:

• Catering: Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available, with prices starting at ₹900 per plate for vegetarian and ₹1,100 per plate for non-vegetarian menus. 

• Decoration: In-house decoration services are provided, with charges varying based on the chosen theme and requirements. 

• Alcohol: The venue allows permitted liquor on the premises, with corkage fees applicable. ​

• Additional Amenities: The venue offers a welcome area, stage, projector, TV screens, and well-maintained bathrooms to enhance the event experience.

Policies and Additional Information:

• Advance Booking: An advance payment of ₹100,000 is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due a week before the event date. 

• Rooms: The venue provides 4 complimentary air-conditioned rooms with attached bathrooms for the convenience of the guests.

• Outside Catering: Outside catering is allowed; however, if opting for external catering services, the hall rental is ₹600,000.
