Shoba Gardens The Convention Centre is a versatile venue located in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, suitable for hosting a variety of events, including weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, and social functions. Established in 2013, the facility offers both indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate different event requirements 

Venue Spaces and Capacity:

• Main Hall with Lawn Area: This combination can seat up to 700 guests and accommodate a floating crowd of up to 2,000. ​ 

• Mini Hall: Ideal for smaller gatherings, this space seats 300 guests and can host up to 500 in a floating arrangement. ​ 

• Lawn: An outdoor area suitable for events with up to 300 seated guests and a floating capacity of 500. ​ 

Facilities and Services:

• Catering: The venue allows both vegetarian and non-vegetarian catering options. External caterers are permitted, providing flexibility in menu selection. ​ 

• Decoration: In-house decoration services are available, and outside decorators are also allowed. 

• Parking: Ample parking space is provided, accommodating up to 75 vehicles. ​ 

• Additional Amenities: The venue offers air-conditioned halls, power backup, basic sound systems, and stage facilities. ​

Booking and Policies:

• Rental Charges: The main hall with lawn area is priced at ₹5,00,000, while the mini hall is available for ₹1,50,000. These charges include generator and electricity, seating arrangements, crockery, and kitchen equipment. ​ 

• Advance Payment: A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining amount due 15 days prior to the event date.  

• Cancellation Policy: The venue has a non-cancellable policy.
