THE WILDERNESS RETREAT

​The Wilderness Retreat is a boutique resort located near Gandipet Lake in Kokapet, Hyderabad, offering a serene and nature-immersed setting for various events. ​  

Venue Capacity:

• Lawn Area: Accommodates up to 550 guests in seating and 850 guests in floating arrangements, making it suitable for medium to large gatherings. 

Pricing:

• Vegetarian Menu: Starting at ₹1,400 per plate.​

• Non-Vegetarian Menu: Starting at ₹1,800 per plate. ​ 

Facilities and Services:

• Event Spaces: Offers a spacious lawn for outdoor events.​

• Accommodations: Features 20 well-appointed cabins for guest stays 

• Catering: Provides in-house catering with a diverse menu, including North Indian, Mughlai, Italian, Continental, Chinese, Thai, South Indian cuisines, live food counters, chaat, seafood, and non-alcoholic beverages. ​ 

• Decor: Allows external decorators without any royalty charges. ​ 

• Parking: Ample parking space available for guests.​

• Additional Amenities: Includes a stage, power backup, basic sound system, projector (with additional charges), and microphone (with additional charges).  

Policies:

• Advance Booking: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. ​ 

•  Alcohol: In-house alcohol is available, and outside alcohol is permitted.​ 

• Music and Events: Homa/Fire Pooja is allowed; however, specific policies regarding late-night music and events should be confirmed directly with the venue. ​
